I'm still alive!!!

A recap of my last semester in college:

I managed to finish my thesis, get a grade of 1.0 for it, snag the Best Thesis award AND graduate!

It is really too much for me to handle, at the time XD Happiness! Haha!

So now I am a fresh graduate who is now part of the millions of people in our country who are unemployed!

But I'm off to jobhunt on Monday. Hopefully. If my inherent laziness does not kick in. *cough* I need a job, and fast, so my mom will stop dropping disparaging remarks about my unemployment.

1. I cannot plain BURP. I have to cough and hack for a few moments before my burp comes out with a cough. It's disgusting, I tell you. (And please, don't ask me to demonstrate if we ever meet.)
2. I always have colds, 24/7.
3. I would rather buy Princess Diaries Volume 5: Princess in Pink in Powerbooks than something probably more worthwhile reading like Love in the Time of Cholera.
4. I always chase out cats who happen to be in our garden or in our terrace. That is because all the cats here in Pacita seem to think our residence is some sort of cat motel. They love to procreate on our roof.
5. I freak out when someone miss calls my cellphone IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. You know, those people who miss call because, wala lang? Geez, just TEXT, why don't you.
6. I am friends with Rye. HAHAHARHAR Labyoo freeeeend!

I return after 48,000 years muhahaha

Just updating my journal to let everyone know that yes--I am still alive. Just about, though. No new drawings whatsoever. My creative juices, aside from being abused in my thesis, are channeled mostly towards making livejournal icons and some haphazardly written fanfiction.

I've been VERY busy with, as I mentioned, my thesis. (Me and my thesis partner's thesis, that is.) It's a 15-minute film about a kooky maid who runs away from the house she's serving...basically.

Anyway, during the day of our shoot, I woke up with a fever, which went on and off during the whole shoot. I'm just unlucky that way >__> We still have quite a few scenes to shoot, and I vow that I WILL NEVER GET SICK AGAIN. *coughs discreetly*

So despite doing my thesis and the fact that I'm overload on units this semester, and the fact that I still haven't quite recovered, and the fact that PGMA just declared our country to be under a state of national emergency today, my life is just peachy.

I SHALL GRADUATE THIS SEMESTER EVEN IF IT KILLS MEEEEEEH!!!

Ayaw mo maniwala? Pwes, humayo ka't manood ng Piling Obrang Vidyo (POV) sa ika-2 ng Disyembre 2005, sa UP Cine Adarna [formerly UP Film Center]. Ang POV ay isang inter-school video competition na hatid sa inyo ng UP CINEMA, ang pinakabagong film org sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas sa Diliman.

Free admission sa mga oras na 1:00-2:30pm dahil ito ang Cinemasters' Focus. Mapapanood dito ang mga pelikula ng mga mismong miyembro ng UP CINEMA. Siyempre magpapakitang gilas din kami ano?

PhP30.00 lang ang tiket para sa mismong programa sa mga oras ng 3:00-7:00pm. MURA NA YAN NOH!? Wala pang isang McDo value meal yan! Dito mapapanood ang entries mula sa mga ibang kolehiyo at unibersidad tulad ng Miriam College, UST, DLSU, CSB, ADMU, NEU, UP Diliman (siyempre!), UP Cebu (san ka pa!), at iba pa.
